Great Apartment

I had such a great experience touring Irvine Exchange! The staff made me feel right at home with their friendliness and knowledge, which made the whole process so easy. The amenities are incredible—the pool, gym, and common spaces are all beautifully done. The apartments are bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The location couldn’t be better either!

IE is a lovely complex and so convenient if you work in downtown SP or for events/restaurants etc. But the building seems to be really showing signs of wear, though its only a few years old. The wall seams are pushing through or pulling apart (linear cracks the entire length of the wall) and the concrete in the stairwells seems degraded in some areas. Seems odd after just a few years.

And personally, I like street and city noise—its part of the living downtown experience. But if you are... sensitive to that, would not recommend this complex. There have been construction, roadwork and projects going on for the past 1-2 years in this area and no sign of completion any time soon. I notice there is a lot of turnover in the building since that started.

The location is unbeatable—everything I need is just a short walk or drive away, from great restaurants and shopping to parks and entertainment.
