Great place to call home

I lived here almost a year ago now and I am coming back to write this review because I had such an outstanding experience. I have lived in many apartment complexes both in St. Paul and in different cities, but the staff, cleanliness, and safety of this complex stand out as one be of the best. Sam in the front office was warm and welcoming from day one and has always gone above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. He deserves a raise! If you’re looking for a safe, well-kept, and quiet... place to call home in St. Paul, I definitely recommend Irvine Exchange.

Enjoyed my time

I am glad that I found this place it has been such a smooth and easy experience from touring to application to move in was a really good experience! If you are looking for a place to move in St. Paul I would highly recommend Irvine Exchange the office staff is very friendly and maintenance is very responsive!
