Not worth it

I lived here 2 yrs. Since I moved in, the tenant above me made loud noise from 4:30 am to all hours. Dragging sounds, heavy dropping, stomp walks. Informed manager after a month living there, was told to deal with it myself. Went thru 3 onsite managers and nothing was done. In spring, expect lots of River bugs on the patio and they crawl inside. All summer, big black mosquitos do you can’t have patio door open but they still get in. On site manager rarely there and is rude. Posted hrs states... 8-4:30. Not true! Rent increases 50-60.00 yearly. Not worth it!
Would not recommend this place!! I would give a zero rating if I could. And the noisy tenant still lives there!!!!
