I have lived in over a dozen different apartments in 3 different states. I have lived in Cedar Pointe for 10+ years. A great location! The last couple managers have been great to work with even during times when the economy made things challenging. Great amenities! Small town feel while close to anything you need.

We absolutely love Cedar Pointe! The new management that came in a few months ago have really helped to make this place feel like home and they’re so easy to talk to and make requests with. The underground heated parking is probably our favorite item and it’s even included with the unit! Would absolutely recommend Cedar Pointe!

We lived there for 8 years and the last 2 or so were AWFUL, management kept changing the rules and you can be gone for a month( only home on weekends) and get a bill for extra water consumption.
The building use to be very clean and now it has gone to crap ie: hallways dirty, trash chute room never cleaned, cobwebs everywhere

My husband and I moved here after getting married and loved it. Quiet apartment, large hallways, almost never run into neighbors when in the hallway or elevator. In a nice area as well. The manager Christine is great and super kind and helpful. Recommend this place if it fits your price point.

The rules are constantly changing, with not applying to certain residents. Rent had rose past the point of value. There is constant turn over in apartments.
