bad management

there is a homeless encampment right next to the parking lot. litter outside by the parking lot. App for laundry room never works. Do not recommend!

Great for its price

The apartment I have here is very nice, modern, and updated. It's quiet and I rarely hear noise from others who live around me. The staff are friendly and understanding, communicating is key. I like it here and it was a steal of a price! Extremely cheap compared to other places that weren't at the same quality. The maintenance are also friendly and get work done quickly.

Not good

Our ground level patio is infested with snakes. The building is surrounded with trash and litter. The walls are paper thin. Outdated appliances. Very poor management.
