Utilities included in the rent are Heat, Water, Sewer, and Refuse. Residents are responsible for payment of electricity and optional internet or cable tv.

Renter's Insurance is required for each resident. For every month no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged.

Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in

Property Manager Don was great!

My 3 kids and I lived here and we felt very safe and comfortable. Don keeps great eyes on everyone and everything! He doesn’t beat around the bush, he tells you how it is and treats everyone the same. Thanks Don!!!

Miss living here and Don was a great Landlord!

I lived here for about a year and my fiance at the time lived here for about 3 years. The property is in a nice area close to downtown Isanti and it is fairly quiet though just about a block away there are train tracks (though this wasn't really an issue unless the windows were open as it was passing through). Don is a fantastic landlord-always friendly and greeting people on his way to assist his renters and always quick to fix any issues that arose during our stay there. We would be staying if... not having to leave in order to be closer to work/school in St. Paul. The 2 bedroom apartment we lived in was very spacious for us and our cat and had plenty of storage for all our belongings. We also loved having assigned parking spaces so we never had to worry about finding spots close to the building. In winter, Don is great about getting the snow removed and keeps the sidewalks nice and clear as well. The price of rent is very hard to beat and moving closer to the cities, we had to try not to compare to Isanti Village Apartments-we just weren't going to find something as good for that great of a price! -Jesslynn & Patrick

Loved Isanti Village and Property Manager Don

My roommate and I lived in Isanti Village Apartments for almost 2 years, and let me say it was a hard decision to leave. Our apartment was spacious, updated, and clean. Isanti Village is also the cheapest around, which is a huge bonus for all that it offers.
Don, the property manager, was fantastic at helping or answering our needs/questions. I never seen someone dedicate the time he does to make sure all the residents are happy and safe.
I would and have recommended the apartments to those... who have been looking.
If you see an opening do not hesitate to call!
We miss our "first home" everyday!
