I do not recommend living here. I lived in a sister property owned by Monarch Investment and Management Group took over and since then, the property has become unsafe, poorly maintained, and stressful. There have been multiple vehicle break-ins, including broken windows, stolen wallets, and attempted thefts, yet management does very little to address security concerns. Random individuals often wander the property at night, making residents uncomfortable.
The grounds and common areas are poorly... maintained—garbage frequently overflows, staircases have tripping hazards, hallways are dark, and water takes a long time to heat. Noise levels are high due to thin walls and loud neighbors.
Communication with management is extremely difficult. Both the property manager and leasing managers are hard to reach which require multiple attempts before responding, and the front desk is disorganized. Rent has increased since the corporate takeover, but no meaningful improvements have been made to the property. Money seems to be spent on community events rather than on making the property safe and livable.
Overall, this place was fine before the corporate takeover. Now, it feels unsafe, poorly managed, and not worth the cost, stress, or time. Management’s public responses to complaints seem performative rather than genuine, focusing on appearances while ignoring real problems. Stay away.
