Awful place to live
In the year that I lived at Cedar Trace I had maintenance unlock my door and enter my residence in n more than one occasion with no prior notice and no open work orders, rodents chewed through the ceiling, drains flooded the apartment, and maintenance/the leasing office never followed through with things they said would be completed. During move in we had previous tenants belonging in the unit (washer/dryer) and it took multiple phone calls to multiple people over the course of multiple days to... get them removed. The apartment itself was disgusting, we had to spend hours scrubbing a sticky orange substance off of almost all surfaces. We were then charged all kinds of cleaning fees after moving out despite spackling all picture hanging holes, cleaning all bathrooms, vacuuming, and shampooing carpets. I would recommend paying a little more in rent to live somewhere that isn’t absolutely deplorable.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’re glad Jasmine has been a helpful and supportive point of contact for you, and we’ll be sure she knows how much you appreciate her communication. Once our team was notified of the maintenance concerns, we... began working to identify the issue and the repairs needed. Because the repairs could not be completed immediately, temporary accommodations were arranged so you would have another place to stay while the work was underway. When those accommodations did not meet your needs, our team also offered an alternative option. We appreciate your patience while our team works toward completing the necessary repairs. Our management team remains available to speak with you directly and help with any remaining concerns. Please feel free to call, visit or email residentservicesmo@monarchinvestment.com.
