On-site parking is available, and a workstation is available for rent during your stay, which includes two 32” monitors, a wireless keyboard, and a mouse. If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog.

Plaza Midwood and Upton are a short ride away on the streetcar. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. Only two dogs are allowed per stay unless otherwise approved. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside/outside the apartment or building. To maintain a peaceful environment, parties, additional guests, events, or large gatherings are not permitted.
