As a realtor, the value of Real Estate has always meant more than just a place to live in. Moving to the United States from Mexico as a young child, he remember my parents working tirelessly to provide my siblings a new place to call home and quickly discovered the power of that ownership. Soon after graduating from the University of Columbia-Missouri with a degree in Architectural studies, he moved to Charlotte with his now wife, Jordan in 2015. They purchased our first residence in Dilworth and to this day, it is a great income producing property. He then began my career as a realtor in 2017 and founded JPVG Real Estate in early 2021. After being in the business for a few years, they purchased our first single family home in the beautiful Wesley Heights neighborhood, and they absolutely love living here. They plan to continue to invest in real estate for years to come. To me, Real Estate is not only a place to live in, but a place you live out of, a place to grow with, it is a career with multiple avenues that provide value to a vast amount of people, and it is a critical wealth building asset.
