If marijuana is smoked, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Pets are not allowed on the property or inside the home. If a pet is found, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged, and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given.
