Roaches and Car Thefts
I don’t live at this apartment complex, but my boyfriend does, and after everything I’ve experienced while visiting, I would never consider living here.
The most alarming issue is the lack of concern from management. There has been a German cockroach infestation that was reported over two weeks ago, yet there has been little to no urgency to address it. Emails asking about reimbursement for pest treatment due to management’s delay have been ignored, and the leasing office has been dismissive... and unprofessional whenever the issue is brought up.
Security is another major concern. My car has been broken into twice while parked on this property. In addition, approximately 12 other vehicles have been broken into this year, and multiple vehicles have reportedly been stolen from the property. While I understand crime can happen anywhere, what is unacceptable is the apparent lack of concern, communication, or proactive measures from management afterward. Residents and visitors deserve to feel that their safety matters.
The leasing office has consistently come across as rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take accountability when legitimate concerns are raised. Once the lease is signed and the rent is paid, it feels like customer service becomes an afterthought.
If management showed the same urgency in addressing maintenance, pest control, and resident concerns as they do collecting rent, this property would be in a much better position.
Based on everything I have personally experienced while visiting this property, I cannot recommend it. There are far better communities that actually value the people who live there.
