Maintenance is always on time and helpful. Staff is kind. the train is very loud and it always smells like weed, but otherwise we love living here.

Great location
Occasional hiccup but nothing out of the normal for an apartment building.
Keith is the best! Always willing to help anyway he can. Maintenance is prompt and kind. Parking could use improvements as far as amount of spaces that are compact. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking at night.

So far I enjoy staying here, its clean quiet and friendly, tones of places to relax and watch the city outline, it's gated so i feel safe, convenient down town living

I do recommend living here, it's clean nicely maintenance gated community, everyone seem to respect each other space, the front office is very helpful, the amenities are awesome.

My time at Cadence has been a wonderful experience. I just renewed my lease because I am completely satisfied, comfortable and safe with living at Cadence. It is a great place to live !
