I love living here at Kaydence‘s music factory. I have been here since 2020 and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Some of my favorite people are the maintenance people. They are so attentive and move quickly and excellent. I would recommend anybody who is looking for a luxury apartment in the uptown area to move here.

The building is clean and quiet. I enjoy the coffee in the morning while taking my dog for a walk.

When I moved in my apartment was clean and freshly painted. The staff at the leasing office made the leasing process very simple.

Smooth move in experience, love my apartment and the neighborhood! Maintenance and office staff have been nothing short of professional and on top of everything! Only cons are the guest parking situation and if you drive an EV, the on site chargers are convenient but cost more than a supercharger :(
