Do not rent here

There are so many problems with these apartments. The office staff is nice up front but when a problem actually occurs they won’t help you. We went without a bath tub for almost 2 years and found out people were paying $300 less a month for the same apartments than we were. It took over a week to fix the air last summer and we literally had problems with it almost every other month.

Wonderful Place to Live

I have lived here for many years and have been here during several different management companies. The management company now is fantastic. The have a wonderful group of people from upper management, to the property manager, assistant manager, and rental agents. The people are very professional and also very kind to the residents. They seem to genuinely care about the people who live here. I have lived here, as I said, for a very long time. This complex is very quiet, and that is due to... the management. If there are issues, they handle them in a timely manner. Also, the maintenance is the best I have ever seen. They take care of maintenance issues when they get them and they are also very personable. They also complete the job correctly the first time. I hopefully will be able to remain here for years to come.

Not trustworthy

Make sure not to order anything expensive, as it will get delivered to the parcel locker system, staff will take it out & it will go missing. They'll try to tell you nothing was delivered, but if you offer evidence to show that it was, then they backtrack and will say it was misdelivered. When I approached staff, they denied and denied, then stood in silence for about a full minute, and stated they will "investiagte".

Do NOT move here!

We lived a little over a year in the property, paid bills on time, didn't have issues with neighbors, at the time of the lease ending we left some belonging by mistake. We called the office to let them know since we were leaving out of state the next day. When we got back, our things were thrown away like they were garbage. They did not let us know this important piece of information when we called. They managed this situation with cero empathy towards a human being. Very poor management!
