AC Unit My AC unit went out and I called Joshua and he let me be be aware a maintenance man would get to my unit asap. The maintenance man was there by 11am and was very nice and professional. I was very impressed.

Living at Compass Landing I love it hear, the staff is excellent, Maintenance is top level and fast. If I had to pick something to be fussy about it would be the outside of the buildings needs paint here and there. They are power washing the entire outside this week which is a good thing. I just would like to see the place a little more spruced up on the outside
