Maintenance The maintenance staff unfortunately messed up on a water leak and caused my water bill to double. Fortunately the water company contacted me to inform me my unit still had a leak. Once we notified the front office they contacted maintenance to resolve the issue. Once maintenance came over they fixed the issue however left the toilet piece from the bottom side of the toilet on my counter as if I wanted it for trophy.

Move in Staff was very helpful through the entire process. The property manager, Sarah, was very helpful and always kept me updated as I moved apartments.
The palisades team is very easy to work with and always looking out for the best interest in their clients .
