They have went downhill except for the increases in Rent

Don't waste your time putting in any service requests because nothing gets done about it anymore. This place sure has slowly went down hill these last few years. I've been here over 12 years & it used to be much better. Even the grounds looks more litter up. They already made it mandatory to pay for Spectrum Cable which I'm sure I'm not the only one who cares to have it. They also don't answer the phone anymore or even return calls.

Reserve My location is very quiet, apartment amenities are the best around, the grounds are kept landscaped maintenance is friendly and thoughtful always do a great job. They schedule spraying no pest issues in apartment. Dumpster area needs improvement and testing of pool water ,enforcement of people showering before entering the pool. Gym needs another elliptical and bike that's updated and digital display in working order. Still, it's a great place for singles and couples to live .

Clean Unit

My apartment unit is clean and the appliances are in very good condition. The grounds are well-maintained and the swimming pool is superb. Brittany in the front office provided the best customer service experience.
