It's ok. The rent is a little high compared to overall satisfaction with the apartment but that's about it. I would not say it's bad but I've had better apartments.

I’ve had a great experience here so far. The leasing office has been incredibly helpful and made the whole move-in process easy. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and a great value for the rent. I also really appreciate the community perks—they make living here feel convenient and enjoyable. Overall, I’m very happy and would definitely recommend this place.

NC6 is a great place to stay. The management communicates and solve the issues they can control. I have also witnessed the maintenance group keeping the property safe and painting areas that I haven't seen painted since I have lived here. The staff is very friendly and cares about our concerns and keep the site clean. Thumbs up to our staff here at North City Six.

Love it so far!! Just moved in a couple days ago, very friendly neighbors and love how many things are close by. Parking garage is convenient and move in was a breeze with plenty of space to park the uhaul for a couple days.
