Great place to live. Nice leasing and maintenance staff. Clean community. Nice pool and living areas. Kind neighbors. Energy bills can get a little high.

NC6 is a great place to stay. The management communicates and solve the issues they can control. I have also witnessed the maintenance group keeping the property safe and painting areas that I haven't seen painted since I have lived here. The staff is very friendly and cares about our concerns and keep the site clean. Thumbs up to our staff here at North City Six.

Love it so far!! Just moved in a couple days ago, very friendly neighbors and love how many things are close by. Parking garage is convenient and move in was a breeze with plenty of space to park the uhaul for a couple days.
