Absolutely love it! Moved here fresh out of college and the process could not have been easier. Was given a great tour of the building and facilities so that I would know where everything was come time to move in. VERY clean which is something I was very particular about when looking for apartments in the Raleigh area. Have not seen a pest of any sort anywhere in or around the building. Which can not be said for other complexes. I'm able to walk to were I work which is a bonus and Publix/Harris... Teeter are only a few minutes away and very walkable. Management has been great to work with and I will definitely be renewing my lease when the time comes!

The staff tries very hard to keep the building clean. Management periodically provides entertainment such as pool parties. Security is good; I suggest having cameras at strategic points such as outside entry doors and elevator doors.
