The staff tries very hard to keep the building clean. Management periodically provides entertainment such as pool parties. Security is good; I suggest having cameras at strategic points such as outside entry doors and elevator doors.

Gramercy is probably the perfect location for Glenwood South living. Great access to the strip, friendly staff, good amenities, easy parking.... I'm not sure what else I would want?

I can’t say enough great things about The Gramercy! From the moment I toured the building, I knew this was the perfect place to call home. The apartments themselves are thoughtfully designed and well maintained. The building and parking garage are way more secure than some other apartments. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown, with easy access to amazing restaurants, bars, and shops, plus a short commute to anywhere in the city.

What truly sets The Gramercy apart, though,...
is the incredible leasing staff. From day one, they have gone above and beyond to make my experience smooth and enjoyable. Shoutout to Anthony!! They are always friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure residents feel welcome and taken care of. Whether it’s answering questions, handling requests promptly, or organizing fun community events, they make living here an absolute pleasure.
