Amazing Place to live

This is the best apartment complex to live in, the staff is nice, the maintenance staff is very nice and completes work orders in a timely manner. and also the neighborhood is so safe and close to all the stores, restaurants and shops.

Comfortable and Convenient Living

I’ve had a great experience with Legacy at Wakefield. The staff is very friendly and professional, especially working with Jennifer who helped me tour the community and sign my lease. My move-in was stress free and everyone in the office made me feel welcomed. My space feels quiet and cozy and overall the area is save and in a convenient location. I highly recommend this complex.

Awesome

It's a great place to live! Close to restaurants and shopping. I've been lucky to have good neighbors and even made a few new friends. I would like to thank the office staff for being awesome. The only complaint I have is parking..

Amazing Living

Looking for amazing & comfortable living? Legacy at Wakefield is the place for you. The staff in the office are so amazing along with the helpful maintenance members.

More Pros than Cons

PRO: Maintenance staff. They are all great. Not sure what problem the other reviewer had, but all our repair requests have always been taken care of within a day or two. Jeff helped us recently with a long punch list of items when we switched apartments. Very professional, friendly, and patient - he made sure the fixes were done right.

Complex is safe and well kept. Nice pool. Lots and lots of dogs. Easy to meet people. Cute free events for residents. Location is great.

CON: Not enough... soundproofing between upstairs/downstairs units. Parking is tough. Haven’t had recycling service in months.
