For a guy who just got out of college recently and lives alone in a one bedroom I enjoy my living space and I like the facts that families live here as well, has a sense of safeness. They also have steadily been improving ever since being taken over by Greystar. As long as the rent does not shoot up too high I plan on being here for many years.
