Worst mistake in 10 years

The condition of the apartment was nauseating. I moved from out of state into the apartment sight unseen and after 20 days I paid to break lease when management continuously refused to acknowledge the poor condition of the apartment. My scheduled meetings were met with empty offices.

Great management

Apartments are quiet, clean, and spacious. One of the best properties I've rented. Management (Rilee) is superb. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing Place to Live

Everything was clean and kept up when I moved in and everyone in the main office is extremely nice and helpful.

Tamarin apartments

My apartment is great. Reasonably price, even with mandatory cable. The apartment is spacious and has plenty of storage. The kitchen is massive and has an island. A great feature for those who enjoy cooking! Each apartment unit also comes with a washer and dyer. The location is located south side of Lincoln, NE. Within walking distance of an outlet mall and many major restaurants. This place is a great place to live at!

Location, Location, Location

Tamarin is a well-built apartment in a perfect location. Within a 5 minute drive of grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and sports bars, and a large mall, it gives the very best that south Lincoln has to offer. The staff is helpful and takes care of any problems promptly. The floorplans are spacious and the finishes used in the apartments are very nice. I would highly recommend Tamarin Ridge to anybody looking to live in south Lincoln.
