Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM. Guests are expected to be courteous to other residents and maintain quiet time after 9 PM. Pets are welcome but must not be left unattended, should not be on furniture, and guests must clean up after them immediately. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves and avoid leaving the apartment in a state that requires excessive cleaning. Trash pickup is on Monday and Thursday; guests should ensure trash is in designated bins and moved near the road. Guests are expected to report any damage beyond normal wear and tear and will be responsible for reasonable reimbursement for damages, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs.
