Guests will have access to the entire suite. The Lobster Trap has 1 parking spot which is located directly in front of the suite on the 301 Portsmouth Ave side of the building. Beach gear is provided, including beach towels for each guest, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach wagon, as well as sand toys for children.
