This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement and may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $75 per hour late fee for check-out after 11 AM. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are permitted without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), with restrictions on breeds. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately. Guests may be asked to provide a copy of their government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A $150 security hold on a credit card is required for incidentals, which is released 3-5 days post check-out, or guests may opt for a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee.
