Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation (parking codes will be provided). Additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately.
The Showboat building is centrally located on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Removing smoke detectors will result in a $500 penalty. No weapons or drugs allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
