This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A late fee of $75 per hour will be charged for late check-out. A pet fee between $100 and $300, based on stay length, will be collected separately. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
