Great place!
I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment. The space is well-maintained, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. The management team has been responsive and professional whenever I’ve had a question or small maintenance request, which makes a huge difference. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, and the community feels safe and welcoming.
The location is convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation—while still being quiet enough to relax at... home. The building itself is kept clean, and I appreciate the little details like secure entry and regular upkeep of common areas.

The apartment itself is in good condition and the high ceilings and natural light can’t be beat. The hallways, roof deck, stairwells, and overall building need maintenance and a deep clean. There have been thefts from the covered garage and flooding when there is heavy rain in the Front St lot. It can be hard to get a response from property management via email. Concierges and on-call maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. They are hosting more community events recently, which is nice.
