I am not happy. I've been emailing the office about the door on the third floor of building 9000 for months now. Before I decided to send a direct email to Richard, the door would follow the same pattern: it gets better after fixing and stops trying to kill you with a smash, and then slowly becomes worse and worse. After I sent an email to Richard, there has been no change and it has been about 3 weeks now. I understand the first two weeks: we had a bad snow storm so the attention was most... likely there, but now I am getting irritated and annoyed. A friend was visiting us and that door smashed his Achilles. And another day we had a Comcast Internet guy jokingly say how the door on our floor can kill someone, so I am not the only one that sees that door as a problem. It is very heavy and now it is also very loud as we can hear everyone exiting through it with an obnoxious BAM sound. At this point I don't even know what to do to get that door fixed once and for all.
