I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The entrance lobby is spacious, bright, and welcoming, which creates a very pleasant first impression every time I come home. The building is also consistently clean and well maintained. One of the biggest advantages is the convenient location, with a grocery store right next door, making everyday shopping quick and easy. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to live, and I would recommend it to others.

Community is great overall. Rent could be more competitive. Only gripe is with the package logging. Not fair to the concierge to have to log 100000 packages and not fair to residents to have to wait a full day to get things. Someone should be hired PT or FT to do this.

Having just moved in, the move in experience has been smooth and flawless. Our room was spotless upon move in. There was an added bonus of gift baskets left throughout the rooms as we moved in. What a pleasant experience.

So far so good!

Moving in was a bit cumbersome as there were only a few dollies however concierge was very helpful! There have been some technical difficulties with the fobs and the coffee machine however they are expected to be resolved.
