We were stuck in traffic on move-in day and arrived later than expected. Princess at the front desk accommodated our lateness and made sure we could still move in even though it was after usual hours. What a relief!

We have been here for over a year now and we have thoroughly enjoyed our experience (thus why we extended for another year)! Everyone who works in the building has been nothing but warm and receptive to any questions/concerns we have raised and they truly are the main reason we love living here so much. The location is very convenient and the amenities are excellent and well-maintained. We would definitely recommend living here to anyone who was looking to rent in Philadelphia!
