Great Rental Experience

Though my time at Narraticon will be coming to an end soon, I will never forget how enjoyable my time here was. The management team, lead by Teresa, was responsive, attentive and caring during my tenure. The maintenance crew was professional and always made sure any issues were resolved in a timely manner. You are going to love it here!

Was are previous renter

Just wanted to inform those who are looking into renting these apartments. If the apartment was rented to someone with pets and they were renting the apartment for less than 3 years narration does not install new carpets. So if your allergic to pet dander and don't want to chance getting sick be sure to ask when or if new carpet was installed.

Wasps everywhere

It's an OK place to live. But there's always trash around and for some reason there's always WASPS around. I've lived in 2 units here and can never enjoy my balcony due to the amount of wasps flying around. And the windows must not be properly sealed because they are ALWAYS getting inside the apartment somehow.

I've also had a leaky faucet in my shower for many months now and maintenance came out to fix it, was here for 3 hours and it did absolutely nothing. Neighbors smoke weed and it stinks... up my apartment. The pipes also bang very loudly anytime someone runs their laundry or shower. I worry the pipes will burst one day.

Amazing maintenance service

Just got finished having the most amazing and professional worker Bobby come in to do an amazing job at fixing a small issue I’ve had in the apartment from showing up in a very timely manner to even wearing shoe covers inside my place he is a very professional and personable worker kudos to him!!
