For entertainment, there are 4 Roku smart TVs with complimentary cable and board games. New Casper memory foam mattresses and room-darkening shades ensure restful sleep. Family-friendly extras include a sound machine, a night light, a video baby monitor, kids’ dishware, a step stool, and toys.
Access to the Incline Village Rec Center is available for guest fees, which includes the gym, classes, sauna, and indoor pool. Private Incline beaches require guest punch cards purchased in advance, subject to limited availability, so inquire before booking. There are 2 unassigned parking spots in the community lot. Parking passes must be displayed at all times, and there is a $50 replacement fee for missing passes. A ski locker is available for gear storage.

It's also close to local restaurants, Raley’s grocery store, coffee shops, and casual dining. Enjoy quick access to Mt. Rose, Northstar, Palisades/Alpine Meadows and Heavenly, as well as snowshoeing, sledding and winter trails.
Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. Smoking is prohibited in the home or in the outside space, and smoking on the property is subject to a $300 fee. Pets are not permitted. Parking passes, house keys (if used), and beach passes must be returned, or a replacement fee will be charged. If you purchase credits on a beach card and use more than agreed upon, you will be charged a $250 penalty fee plus the overage amount. The person booking the home must be the primary guest and at least 25 years of age.
