Tina Dougherty is born and bred Long Island. Growing up in Sayville and raising her three kids in Bayport- Blue Point, she is deeply connected to the community and the people in it. With over two-decades of experience in sales, Tina ensures that her clients get the most out of every experience. She is a high-touch agent known for her extensive market knowledge and unmatched concierge service to clients. Tina has received multiple awards for being a top producer and works to surpass that each year. Graduating from Mary Mount college with a bachelor’s degree in business merchandising, she began her career at Willi Wear in NYC’s garment district where she first recognized her passion for people. Before real estate, Tina owned and operated her own clothing store in Sayville where she conducted her love for design. Combing her passion for sales, people, and design, she has found her ultimate career in real estate. When Tina is not selling homes, she is spending time with her family and friends, cooking Italian food, and enjoying the Great South Bay.
