In the inviting living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an additional bed if needed, providing extra sleeping space for guests. Gather around the dining table and chairs in the living room's dining area for meals together. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove, and electric plate, ensuring you have everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Clean linens and towels are provided for your comfort. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished, with the master bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom offering a full-sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet, heating/air conditioning unit, and windows that allow natural light to fill the space. For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV with Roku streaming is available.
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a rate of $360 per month from June 1st to October 1st. A pet fee ranging from $200 to $300 applies for approved pets. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.

Check-in requires coordination of your arrival time at least 72 hours in advance, with a late check-in fee of $50 for arrivals after 10 PM and $100 for arrivals after midnight. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. Check-out is by 11 AM, and guests are asked to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash. No parties or gatherings, no smoking, and no loud music are allowed. Furniture and decoration may vary from photos as updates occur periodically. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but package reception is available. AC will be installed around Memorial Weekend as a window unit. For some cases between June 1st and September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required.
If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved.
