Clean linens and towels are provided for your comfort. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished, with the master bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom offering a full-sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet, heating/air conditioning unit, and windows that allow natural light to fill the space. For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV with Roku streaming is available.
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a rate of $360 per month from June 1st to October 1st. A pet fee ranging from $200 to $300 applies for approved pets. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.

A minimum stay of 90 days may be required between June 1st and September 1st. Coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. A late check-in fee of $50 applies for arrivals after 10 PM, and $100 for arrivals after midnight. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but package delivery is available. Furniture and decoration may vary from the online photos as updates are periodically made. Check-out time is by 11 AM, and guests are requested to empty the refrigerator and dispose of trash before leaving. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. For long-term leases over 6 months, a VOE letter and copy of the current paycheck are required. A pet fee ranging from $200 to $300 applies for approved pets.
If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved.
