Welcome to a cozy and convenient two-bedroom apartment, perfect for your stay in the heart of the Upper East Side. This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, a common area that combines a kitchen with a small dining table and chairs, and a centrally located bathroom. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished and offers a comfortable bed, along with its own flat LCD TV for your entertainment. The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and a TV, while the second bedroom provides a full-sized bed and a TV as well. Both bedrooms are equipped with closets and windows that let in plenty of natural light. In the common area, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen complete with appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, and stove. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort, ensuring a relaxing stay.
All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, we can arrange it for an additional fee.

Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $360 per month). A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. For the safety and security of all our guests, we require that each guest presents a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. This helps us ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone.
If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved.
