Pets are not allowed, and there is no luggage storage available on-site. Please use the service to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out. The apartment must be used for vacation purposes only, with no commercial use. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and you cannot receive mail at this address, so consider opening a PO Box. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM, and all guests must respect the house rules to avoid any penalties.
