A minimum stay of 90 days may be required between June 1st and September 1st. Coordinate your arrival time at least 72 hours prior to check-in to ensure a smooth process. A late check-in fee of $50 applies for arrivals after 10 PM, and $100 for arrivals after midnight. Furniture and decor may vary from the online photos, but the apartment will be well-appointed and comfortable. Check-out is by 11 AM, and guests are required to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash before leaving. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. No smoking, loud music, or parties are allowed, and violations may incur penalties.
If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved.
