I’m thrilled with my stay here.

I’m thrilled with my stay here. The apartment has beautiful windows with stunning views, and the amenities are top-notch. Central Park is just a short walk away, which has been a major bonus for morning jogs. Outpost really delivered on quality and convenience!

Big improvement from before

I actually live here now, and I can confidently say that things have changed a lot since the days when Common was managing the building. I’ve read some of the old horror stories too, but I can tell you from firsthand experience that it’s a completely different place now. New management – The current team is way more responsive, and maintenance requests actually get handled quickly. Better cleanliness – The common areas and kitchens are cleaned regularly, and the whole space feels much better... maintained.
Honestly, I was a bit hesitant when I first moved in because of all the old reviews, but I’m really glad I took the chance.

Modern and clean co -living space in a fantastic location.

I loved being so close to Central Park, and my room had stunning views of the city. The only drawback was occasional delays in addressing maintenance requests, but overall, it’s a great place to stay. It seems there were issues in the past, but I moved in after a change in management, and everything has been excellent since then.
