Quiet hours are from 9:30pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored, the reservation will be terminated without refund. Smoking and lighting anything in the property are not allowed. Violating the rules may result in reservation termination without refund and may incur additional fees. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. A $300 cleaning fee applies for cleanup of excessive pet hair. Stains on the carpets or linens incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking anything indoors incurs a $300 cleaning fee. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste or in complete disorder will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security, fire department, or police fees arise out of behavior at the property, the cost will be billed with a minimum security fee of $150. [SI]
