Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, and certain breeds are prohibited (Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds). To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
