While designs are based on the photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features.
Enjoy access to the fitness center and community garden located on the 3rd floor, and the dog park located on the 4th floor. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breed], with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately.

Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Two towels are provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. [SI]
