The Parkton !

I have been a resident at the Parkton for 3 years. I love my little community! It’s multi cultural, friendly, clean and safe. The pool is very nice and the gym is just enough to stay fit. Maintenance is very prompt and solves all issues professionally. The staff is both patient, and courteous. I am grateful for my time here.

It’s Okay.

The rent every month changes, you have to pay for spectrum internet and cable through them even if you don’t want it ($80) a month added to your rent. You’ll pay water, sewage, trash, insurance, pest control and so on every month also which will be added to rent. The maintenance is on top of everything for the most part, in spring the ants are very bad and in the fall you’ll have angle beetles invading your home. Parking can also be annoying, the residents doesn’t know how to park and will take... up two parking spots.

The fees is crazy and the price is a no for what you get. Says you have maintenance but you put in a request and they never get back to you.

DO NOT LIVE HERE

Leasing staff has very bad priorities. My cars have been broken in to on 4 different occasions. 1 where I personally caught the people doing it. My car was then towed from outside of my home do to a flat tire while I was out of town. There was no sort of communication as to this will be happening so please take care of it. Dumpsters are always overflowing putting trash in both my front and back yard. There is a gate to enter the community (that has been broken since I moved in) that would... probable help with the crime rate if they fixed it. Very unsatisfied with my stay here and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
