No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. If you violate any house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
