DO NOT RENT HERE
Throughout my time here, there were minor issues but nothing crazy. broken gym equipment that wouldn't get fixed, maintenance taking weeks to respond. Annoying but not horrible.
Then it came time for me to leave. Even after I had turned in my notice, I would get daily texts and emails either telling me to resign or demanding why I won't. Obvious AI nonsense but annoying regardless.
After I moved out, I got a $400 bill to replace the microwave, which was working completely fine when I left. And... I promise you, they are not spending anywhere close to that amount on that microwave. Since then, I have called 3 times and left messages, none of which will be returned. I drove over an hour to speak to them in person, only for the office to be closed despite it being in their office hours due to staffing issues. I contacted Birge & Held and they gave me the email of the regional manager of the area. Yet again, no response.
This place is horribly run and should be avoided at all costs.
