Maintenance Response
Response to maintenance requests that are delayed and take extended periods to occur with multiple excuses and statements that are untrue. Making statements that an experienced maintenance technician knows are untrue. No updates or keeping tenants aware of the status of their request. So no communication or resolution of repair requests.
