Parking sucks. Utilities are nuts. Black mold in vents in a basically brand new building. Toilets get clogged with nothing but liquid. Takes 5 minutes to get hot water, then it runs out in 5 minutes. If you use an Air Fryer at the same time as using the dishwasher you'll blow a breaker. There's a weird trash pickup thing you're forced to pay for, which means everybody just leaves their trash outside in the halls for days. Snow removal is non-existent. The... leasing office is non-existent. People let their dogs poop everywhere without picking it up. Your car WILL get hit multiple times, and rummaged through because there's zero security. Counting the days till we can leave. Utilities easily cost $300-$450 in the winter with minimum use. Parking is horrendous, you can't get a spot in front of your own building most days and it's so tight you can hardly get in and out. Neighbors are loud and you get people outside honking their horns, playing with their locks to make beeping sounds. Giant dog wakes us barking every morning and night. Trash you get fined for leaving out but the compactor is so full you can't throw anything away... properly. House centipedes and ants run the place. Good luck. Read More

This is the worst apt I’ve ever been in. Nobody answers your calls or emails. I can hear people walking/stomping around all night and all morning. They make you pay a trash fee but if u leave your trash out they charge you an extra $50. They took my recycling bin. Dog poop is all over the grass areas. Loud traffic that’s booms through the apartment. My utilities were $300 in the winter. I honestly hate paying to be here every month and I’m counting the days I get to leave.

Let’s do start with the glue that holds this building together, literally, MISS Carley! She is the face of Birge and Held. The girls in office have been nothing but respectful, kind and courteous and I’m a resident of 3.5 years. Since she runs multiple sites, she makes herself readily available to anyone who needs her. I have lived here for about 6 months now and I don’t have a swingle complaint! The office is easy to reach and they send out regular updates and emails so I never have any questions about what’s going on on the property! The neighbors seem nice, I haven’t had any issues and when I walk my dog someone always says hello. It’s also reassuring to always see the maintenance staff out and about, I know they keep busy and keep our community clean!
