Apartments are cheap for a reason, because it's the only thing keeping residents here. Property management is terrible, but the real problem is that the owners won't give them money to fix anything. Instead of management being upfront with residents about what's going on, they will continue to lie to your face and make false promises. Amenities consistently broken/not maintained, packages stolen often, and utility bills so high that you will be paying the same, if not more, than much nicer... complexes in the area.

Getting started was pretty quick and easy, only thing I had to fix when I first moved in was my lock on my door didn’t work and there was dry wall paint shaving all over the place but nothing I could just sweep up.

So far, my experience at The Meridian has been incredibly positive. It is a quaint community amongst a bustling city which makes a Columbus-rookie feel fairly safe. The apartments are refreshed and new at a good price, although there were a few hiccups from the start.

The building we toured had an elevator. Come move-in day I found out that we had to move our furniture up via the stairs to the third floor because the building had no elevator. Then, many of the handles on the doors in our room... were loose to the point of falling out of the door. The workout room could use an upgrade, but all in all, The Meridian is a very nice complex and I am happy I chose to move here. It has a very nice surrounding area as well with plenty to eat, drink, and shop within walking distance.

Stay away.

Completely and totally unsafe community, more of a frat house feeling than a home. If you like your stuff broken into and stolen. Your sleep interrupted by constantly loud and obnoxious noise from people being drunk at all hours of the night then this place is for you!

Unsafe and management company doesn’t do their job or take responsibility

This place has become very unsafe since the new management and they don’t care if your stuff is stolen, their response is only “well we are new”. Homeless people were sleeping in the building last week, packages are stolen all the time and cars are constantly broken into. 0/10 recommend this place
