The Farms

The ABSOLUTE WORST tenant experience of my life. Where to start even. The units aren’t as nice as photos make them seem. Many layers of paint and shoddy repairs completed in the past that they just hope will hang on. When it gets very cold the units won’t heat up enough to be comfortable. They force you to use their internet provider, but you also HAVE to pay for cable TV as well. Repair orders were submitted and not completed so many times that I just quit submitting them. Spent a year with a... dishwasher that didn’t work, sinks that wouldn’t drain, and a dryer so loud I couldn’t wash clothes if I was home.

But the worst part was the management. Unhelpful, and rude. In the end my mail was all return to sender even though I did not authorize or was asked about this, and I was still paying for the unit that I had been in. Stay away. Read More

About to sign my fourth year here. Office staff is always friendly and supportive of my concerns. Maintenance is always quick and efficient. Definitely recommend!

I’ve lived at the farms for 2 years and am signing a lease for another year. The Farms is a great community with fantastic maintenance and management. The pool is beautiful, and The Barn membership is another added bonus. The buildings are sturdy and you hardly hear your neighbors. Lots of grassy areas and a beautiful pond! Would definitely recommend looking at this complex.

The Farms appears to be beautiful however once you live here you realize it is comprised of cheap materials that constantly break and it is completely over priced for the area. The management and maintenance staff are a nightmare to deal with as well. I wish I believed all the negative reviews I read before choosing to live here. Please do not make the same mistake as us.

Great location! Very safe. Apartments are all electric. Maintenance is very timely when you have a request. Complex has its own pool and 24-hour fitness center as well as access to all of The Barn's amenities. Overall good experience!
