The Farms is a wonderful place to call home. There are so many amenities and the associates are extremely kind and helpful. Maintenance is always very responsive should an issue arise. I enjoy seeing our resident heron walking around. The ducks and geese and the rabbits are happy living here as well. It feels like a Nature Preserve here.????????????

Stay away
The ABSOLUTE WORST tenant experience of my life. Where to start even. The units aren’t as nice as photos make them seem. Many layers of paint and shoddy repairs completed in the past that they just hope will hang on. When it gets very cold the units won’t heat up enough to be comfortable. They force you to use their internet provider, but you also HAVE to pay for cable TV as well. Repair orders were submitted and not completed so many times that I just quit submitting them. Spent a year with a... dishwasher that didn’t work, sinks that wouldn’t drain, and a dryer so loud I couldn’t wash clothes if I was home.
But the worst part was the management. Unhelpful, and rude. In the end my mail was all return to sender even though I did not authorize or was asked about this, and I was still paying for the unit that I had been in. Stay away.
