Kudos to Brian (maintenance) for the wonderful job he has done since arriving at the Orchard. Our maintenance requests have been addressed in a timely fashion, finished correctly and Brian always follows up to be sure his solutions are satisfactory.

The office staff is friendly when I have spoken with them. One suggestion for improvement in the community is regarding trash that has blown around the property. More attention needs to be paid to the pond area between the buildings because debris can be seen in the water in multiple areas. Also regarding trash pickup, more dumpsters need to be added or larger dumpsters need to be installed because they are frequently overflowing.
Brian in maintenance is friendly and responsive to our work... order requests. We are happy to work with him when there is an issue!

so far so good as moving in and the office people they are very nice! I feel like they care about there residents here and like to do very nice things as they do events

We came to the apartment and I was dirty and not kept up to date, however when speaking to the leasing office they told us everything would be fixed.
