Great community! My one ask is to update the windows and lining in the door frames to prevent drafts and save energy. This small touch will upgrade the tenant experience overall.

New management company came in late 2025 and they are way worse than the last management company. They promise you a "refined" apartment with upgrades to flooring, kitchen, appliances then hire 3rd party to do the work which does not get completed leaving you in an apartment with partial upgrades. Utility cost are out of control as well since apartment complex is 25 years old with very drafty windows.

Maintenance is better but that’s it. The residents are being nickled and dimed to death. If you have an animal be prepared to register that pet on a website, and have all your records and pay $34 to register plus $35 per month extra rent.
When I moved in they did one-two and 3 year leases. Now 12 or 13 months. Now you have to get internet and WiFi thru the orchard at $65 per month. My contract I had with spectrum was $30 per month for WiFi/internet. I luv the location and the wildlife but it’s...
not friendly like it was when I moved in awhile ago.

The new property manager has really went above in beyond, where the last company fell behind. New company came in all filters were instantly switched, where I’ve been here two years and the last company didn’t ever do it. So really enjoying the new company.
