River Park of Dublin

We’ve had a great experience living at River Park. Sarah and Bobby are always friendly, helpful, and very responsive whenever we have a question or need something taken care of.

One thing that has really stood out to us is how well maintained the entire property is. The maintenance team is out as early as 7:30 every morning cleaning, fixing things, and taking care of the grounds, and it definitely shows. Whenever we’ve submitted a maintenance request, they’ve been quick to respond and get it... taken care of. They’re also proactive about addressing issues around the property before they become bigger problems.

Overall, Champion and the River Park team do a great job taking care of the community and the people who live here. We’ve been really happy with our experience and would definitely recommend River Park to anyone looking for a well-maintained and professionally managed place to live. Read More

This is my second Champion property I have lived at now! I absolutely love everyone that works for RiverPark Dublin and they really have the utmost care and attention for their residents!

The whole experience with River Park team has been absolutely stellar. The entire team, from the front desk, to maintenance, to leadership, has been incredible to work with. And there is not one person that does more than the next, but rather they all put forth a ton of effort to help you choose the apartment that's the best fit for you, and also have a smooth move-in experience. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Sara, Colby, Nick and Emily by name, as they truly went above and beyond in helping... me figure out if River Park was the place for me. Even when there was a small miscommunication before move-in, they handled it quickly and professionally, without any hassle. And Emerson and Gene were super helpful in getting maintenance taken care of asap. Moving from California and not knowing much about the area, I knew it was important that where I ended up, I needed to feel comfortable with the daily team at the building, as the transition was not going to be an easy one, and I'm so glad I chose this location and team! I have lived at multiple Champion communities over the years and they really can't be beat. The community managers and the maintenance staff are some of the best. I stopped by River Park a few weeks ago and just loved it - the floor plans and the amenities (including covered parking) don't leave much more to ask for. I'll definitely consider moving there when my current lease is up. Kudos to Colby and Zay for showing me around and answering all my questions!!
